Dear David,
Though it mentions no brand name,
it's pretty clear that we are talking about a specific drug, though the
advert cleverly plays up the role of the company (permissable) but not
the drug name and its specific properties (not permissable).
- I see your point. At least the drug name should be mentioned, true...
I think there are also issues here related to patient confidentiality.
Might be, but do we know (w/o further info)?
- Maybe the patient gave permission?
- Maybe the story is true, only the name has been altered?
