E-drug: Re: WHO and the Pharmaceutical Industry (cont'd)

I agree very much with Ellen's comments. Equally important is the
representation on the groups who develop WHO guidelines. I have been
impressed that many if not most of these individuals are in a conflict of
interest position. The result is that the guidelines reflect the economic
interests of the Western countries and do not reflect the needs of the third
world countries. How can we find out what the conflict of interest
guidelines (if any) are used by the WHO?
