E-DRUG: Regulations for the labelling of medicines in the SADC region

I am currently writing a paper on the labelling of medicines in the SADC region. To this end I am looking for the regulatory requirements for the labelling of medicines in a few of the countries which I have not been able to find anywhere.
Unfortunately, all my attempts, including contacting the regulatory agencies have proven to be unsuccessful so far. I would appreciate any assistance from anyone on this list.
The specific countries are: Angola, DRC, Malawi, Zambia and Comoros
