E-drug: Revolving Drug Fund Sudan
---------------------------------------------
Some weeks ago Gamal Mohamed from Sudan reported that he had studied the
Revolving Drug Fund in Khartoum State. He offered to provide the report to
those who requested it and after some difficulties it has been sent out.
With his permission I have posted it on a web site that I maintain. The
title is MANAGEMENT OF REVOLVING DRUG FUND:EXPERIENCE OF KHARTOUM
STATE-SUDAN GAMALELDIN KHALAFALLA MOHAMED ALI University of Bradford
2000. The URL is

[repair URL if needed]
I think this is a useful report because it uses a number of techniques to
monitor and report on the performance of this fund. There are limited
reports such as this one so I suggest that anyone who is interested in this
topic sends in comments to E-Drug.
