[e-drug] Seizure of Indian generic ARVs in Netherlands (3)

E-DRUG: Seizure of Indian generic ARVs in Netherlands (3)
---------------------------------------------------------

Hi,

It is absolute abuse of the authority by the Dutch. Generics have been at the receiving end because these hurt the economic interests of the MNCs. Hence anti-generic laws have been supported by the these MNCs, to ensure obstacles in legal trade of generics. By stopping the transport of legal generics through Netherland, the Dutch are doing dis-service to the ailing population.

When the action of Dutch in the matter is being criticised, and it does not matter to them, shows the arrogance of being rich. Yes I agree to the proposition that in such circumstances, Amsterdam should not be used to supply generics to Africa and other route should be preferred. If you can not change them, change the way.

Laws are made to help the populations in living rightful way of life. This is absolutely reverse case. Let not the generic transport be throttled at the hands of insensitive.
