E-drug: Selected Ciprofloxacin prices (cont'd)

This is a correction of the missive I posted earlier today. The
previous message had the HAI survey data messed up, quoting
prices for the wrong drug. This version hould be fixed, and is more
complete. I also added Poland. The HAI survey, at the end, is quite
interesting.
Ciprofloxacin is an important drug for poor countries, and is used to
treat gonorrhea, which is useful in fighting AIDS. Ciprofloxacin is
apparently under patent in Africa in South Africa and Kenya, and
the subject of interest in a compulsory license in South Africa,
where the patent runs until 2017, or 14 years after the US patent
expires, according to the RSA DOH.
