E-DRUG: Source of generic ivermectin? (2)

I had a query on the same issue from a colleague in Burundi. I am not sure that there is a generic version. Since Merck gives Ivermectin (Mectizan) donation for life, there is no motivation for anyone to manufacture it, yet, this donation is only available to certain programs where onchocerciasis and filariasis are endemic. You probably have to contact Merck.
