[e-drug] Sponsorship/Fellowships?

E-DRUG: Sponsorship/Fellowships?
--------------------------------
[Although we cannot list all individual sponsorship requests, I would like to pass this one as it would be good if E-druggers could compile some suggestions as to possible funding sources. WB]

My name is Anthony Kester cyrus. I have been accepted to pursue the MSc in Pharmaceuticals Services and Medicines Control, At Bradford University, UK. One of the challenges that I and other colleagues have been facing is to obtain the funding to attend the program. The course content seems appropiate for Pharmacists in Leadership positions, in developing countries. I await your response or possible pointers to obtain funding to attend this program.

Dear All,

I do not know about the Sponsorship/Fellowships, however IIHMR runs a 2 year PG programme on Pharmaceutical Management that works out to be lot cheaper. See www.iihmr.org. It may be a useful information for thse aspiring to do such courses and find it hard to afford.

Anthony

A useful first point of contact for sponsorships to attend British
Universities is The British Council.

You can obtain further information on available sponsorships and
eligibility on their website: http://www.britishcouncil.org/home

Hope this is of assistance and best wishes with your studies.

Cyrus and wider E-druggers may be interested in the
FIC Directory of Grants and Fellowships which lists
many grant-giving bodies covering pre-doctoral,
post-doctoral, institutional and travel grants.
Although with a US bias, it does include a number of
opportunities for developing country applicants.
