E-drug: Statistics on dispensing doctors

Dear E-druggers,
I am hoping to find an Internet repository of international health care
statistics, particularly those concerning the practice of doctors
dispensing medicines for profit, in both first and developing world
countries and the legislation thereof. If anyone knows where such
information might be procured, you will not find me ungrateful.
