E-DRUG: Support needed for Kenyan resolution WHO EB (3)

As many e drug members know next week is the Executive Board meeting at the
WHO. At that meeting Kenya is going to try and introduce a resolution
calling on the Director-General to set up a working group to look at
establishing a mechanism to support needs-driven drug research. At present,
my understanding is that the U.S. is going to oppose the resolution and that
Canada will back the U.S. in this endeavour. I've appended the text of a
letter that I've sent to the head of the Canadian delegation and I urge
other e drug people to also send letters in support of the resolution. If
