E-drug: TB drug prices fall 94% (cont'd)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I quickly browsed through the text of the WHO Press
Release, my understanding was that the reported price reduction
was comparing to what WHO, on the basis of fact/evidence, one
hopes, knew countries were already spending on TB drugs.

I suppose what the previous contributors on this matter are
requesting is to know where the evidence lies. In the meantime, I
think we should all have hope in the fact these are truly remarkable
times for the global solidarity with various efforts (UN, NGO,
National Governments??) aimed at improving access to essential
drugs for those in need.
