E-drug: TB report

A major report on Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis has been released by
the Soros Foundation. The report written by Paul Farmer and Jim Kim from
Harvard Medical school and others clearly describes the serious situation
in a number of countries.
The report is downloadable for http://www.soros.org/tb/full.pdf . It is an
Adobe Acrobat file. If you cannot download the file I would suggest that
