E-drug: The prices of TB drugs

Dear E-Drug readers,
I am interested to know the prices per unit (please indicate as wholesale or
retail or subsidised) of the following anti-tuberculosis drugs in your
country:
1. rifampicin tablet/capsule 150mg and 300mg
2. pyrazinamide tablet 400mg
3. isoniazid tablet 100mg and 300mg
4. ethambutol tablet 100mg and 400mg
Are any of these fixed-dose combinations available on the market of your
country, if they are, could you please indicate the strength and the prices?
1. rifampicin + isoniazid
2. thioacetazone + isoniazid
3. isoniazid + ethambutol
4. rifampicin + isoniazid + pyrazinamide
5. rifampicin + isoniazid + pyrazinamide + ethambutol
