Experts joining the webinar:
Till Bruckner
Till Bruckner is the founder of TranspariMED, a campaign that works to end evidence distortion in medicine, and a Research Fellow at the BIH QUEST Center, where his work focuses on improving clinical trial registration and reporting. He previously worked for the AllTrials campaign and the anti-corruption group Transparency International. Till holds a PhD in political science from the University of Bristol.
Nicholas DeVito
Nicholas DeVito is a doctoral student and researcher at the University of Oxford. He leads the Research Integrity work of the DataLab under Dr. Ben Goldacre including the TrialsTracker project. His research relates to various aspects of transparency in clinical research. He hold a Masters of Public Health in Health Policy from the Yale School of Public Health.
Courtney Davis
Courtney Davis is a Reader in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at King's College London. She undertakes international, comparative research on pharmaceutical regulation and pharmaceutical policy
Maia Salholz-Hillel
Maia Salholz-Hillel is a research fellow and PhD candidate in health data sciences at the QUEST Center for Responsible Research, Berlin Institute of Health at Charity. Her research focuses on the evaluation and implementation of responsible biomedical research practices across Germany's university medical centers. Prior to her doctorate, she was a science policy fellow at the Science and Technology Policy Institute in Washington DC and science diplomacy intern at the US Department of State. Daniela Cepeda Cuadrado
Daniela Cepeda is a public policy professional with experience working in the fields of anti-corruption, health and sustainable development. She is interested in how anti-corruption measures can lead to better health outcomes. As Anti-Corruption Adviser at U4, she provides policy support to the Coalition of Accountability, Transparency and Anti-Corruption for Health. Previously, she worked as a Researcher at Transparency International Global Health, where she developed research funding proposals, engaged with WHO and the private sector, and conducted policy advocacy. She also worked as Research Fellow at the United Nations System Staff College. Together with UNDP, she designed and developed the online course 'Anti-Corruption in the Context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development'. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Political, Economic, and Social Sciences (Honours) from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance.
