Dear E-Druggers,
I am quoting from previous comment as follows:
"It should rather be conducted by strenghtening national regulatory
systems, by enforcing regulatory supervision on the international market (including
brokers and intermediate supply chains) and by improving procurement
policies and practices."
I fully agree on this statement but till this has been achieved technology
has a role to play when it comes to the detection of substandard-qality and
counterfeit medicines. In particular if adopted to low-income situations.
