E-drug: Translation of information from the web

Dear colleagues,
We are concerned with the same problem as professor Shoukchov. We'd
also like to know is it possible to put these translations on
web-sites for
non-commercial educational purposes referring to the source of information?
The problem is that this information is not available for the majority
of Russian and NIS health care professionals because of language barrier .

[I think the information provided by Chris Green probably answers
your queries. You could ask for permission to translate and use the
original text. Or you could write something in your own words, using
the original document as a reference. There would be no problem
about putting that on a website. BS]
