E-DRUG: UNDP Health PSM Roster: Open call for Submission of Applications

Dear colleagues,
UNDP partners with the Global Fund to support and strengthen national responses to HIV, Tuberculosis and malaria in countries. Generated out of the success of the UNDP-Global Fund partnership, a rapidly increasing number of governments are requesting UNDP to help strengthen national capacities and systems for the provision of health services, especially for the procurement and supply chain management of medicines and other health products.

To this end, UNDP has made an Open Call for Submission of Applications for the Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) Roster of Experts and Senior Experts in one or several of the specialized roster categories below:

  1. Quantification, forecasting, budgeting and planning experts for health products;
  2. Quality Assurance experts: 2.A: QA system and 2.B: QA for Health Products;
  3. Health Supply Chain management systems experts;
  4. Health products related procurement process such as Medical devices, diagnostics, X-ray, scanning, radiological equipment and supplies (consumables and medical equipment) experts;
  5. Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) experts; pharmaceutical SC traceability systems experts, GS1 Experts;
  6. Health Products regulatory experts Support to National Regulatory Systems experts;
  7. Medical Laboratory (Rapid Diagnostic Tests, reagents, laboratory equipment) experts;
  8. Health infrastructure engineers (warehouse and health facilities construction or renovation);
  9. PSM capacity development and training experts;
  10. Distribution systems /Good distribution and storage practices experts;
  11. Sustainable health supply chain experts;
  12. Waste Management experts

Applicants should apply only to the area of specialization that is relevant to their area of expertise and demonstrate the number of working years in that area in their CV.

Successful candidates with relevant minimum 5 to 7 years of experience will be included in the "Expert" band and those with relevant minimum 10 years of experience will be included in the "Senior Expert" band in one or several of the areas of expertise / categories detailed above.

Only qualified CVs shall be considered in the Roster. Applicants admitted in the roster and matching the specific TORs for each respective assignment, will be engaged by UNDP through the Individual Contract (IC) modality and deployed to work in any of UNDP Country Offices, HQ locations, or if/when needed work from their own respective locations through remote support modality.

The roster will be maintained for a period of 3 years.

Le PNUD collabore avec le Fonds mondial pour appuyer et renforcer les interventions nationales contre le VIH, la tuberculose et le paludisme dans les pays. Forts du succès du partenariat PNUD-Fonds mondial, un nombre croissant de gouvernements demandent au PNUD de contribuer au renforcement des capacités et des systèmes nationaux de fourniture de services de santé, en particulier pour la gestion des achats et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement en médicaments et autres produits de santé. .

À cette fin, le PNUD a lancé un appel à candidatures pour la liste d’experts et d’experts confirmés pour l'approvisionnement en produits de santé et dans la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (PSM):

1. Experts en quantification, prévision, budgétisation et planification pour les produits de santé;
2. Experts en assurance qualité: 2.A: système d'assurance qualité et 2.B: assurance qualité pour les produits de santé;
3. Experts en systèmes de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de la santé;
4. Processus d'approvisionnement lié aux produits de santé, tel que des experts en dispositifs médicaux, diagnostics, rayons X, scanners, équipements et fournitures radiologiques (consommables et équipements médicaux);
5. experts du système d'information de gestion logistique (SIGL); experts en systèmes de traçabilité pharmaceutiques SC, experts GS1;
6. Experts en réglementation des produits de santé Assistance aux experts en systèmes réglementaires nationaux;
7. Experts en laboratoire médical (tests de diagnostic rapide, réactifs, équipement de laboratoire);
8. Ingénieurs en infrastructures de santé (construction ou rénovation d'entrepôts et d'établissements de santé);
9. experts en développement des capacités et en formation des MSP;
10. Systèmes de distribution / Experts en bonnes pratiques de distribution et de stockage;
11. Experts en chaîne d'approvisionnement en santé durable;
12. Experts en gestion des déchets

Les candidats ne doivent postuler que dans le domaine de spécialisation correspondant à leur domaine de compétence et indiquer le nombre d'années de travail dans ce domaine dans leur CV.

Les candidats retenus ayant au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente seront inclus dans le groupe "Expert" et ceux ayant au moins 10 années d'expérience pertinentes seront inclus dans la bande "Expert confirmé" dans un ou plusieurs des domaines d'expertise / catégories. détaillé ci-dessus.

Seuls les CV qualifiés doivent être pris en compte dans la liste. Les candidats admis dans le fichier et correspondant aux TDR spécifiques pour chaque affectation respective seront engagés par le PNUD via la modalité Contrat individuel (CI) et déployés dans l'un des bureaux de pays du PNUD, au siège, ou si propres emplacements respectifs via la modalité de support à distance.

La liste sera maintenue pour une période de 3 ans.
