MSH seeks Senior M&E Advisor for USAID-funded pharmaceutical management project (SIAPS)
The Senior M&E Advisor will help strengthen the design and implementation of SIAPS (Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceutical and Services) monitoring, evaluation, and operational research activities; actively supports the implementation of the SIAPS performance management plan (PMP) and the tracking of program targets and objectives. S/he ensures that quality data, is available and used to strengthen program planning, decision making, results tracking and documentation.
