E-drug: Warfarin drug info in greek or italian?

Dear E-druggers,
Please could you help. We have a large community of Italian and
Greek speaking Australians and we are trying to find a good
booklet or information sheet on warfarin which details what it is,the
laboratory tests required, interactions,diet requirements,adverse
effects. Does any one know of a booklet or information leaflet we
can buy or copy. Your help would be gratefully recieved.
