E-DRUG: WHO Database of national Essential Medicines Lists
----------------------------------------------------------
[Congrats to WHO for doing a great job. Have a look at this database, and make sure that the latest version of your country's EML is there. If not, send a copy to emlsecretariat@who.int
Will WHO make something similar for National Drug/Medicines Policies and drug legislation? Would be handy... WB]
Dear E-druggers
The WHO medicines website has launched an 'electronic library' of
national essential medicines lists, national formulary lists or
reimbursement lists, please see:
http://mednet3.who.int/EMLib/n-eml/NationalML_countries.htm
If you would like to add your national published list to the library or
update a version that is already posted, please send an electronic copy,
or link to emlsecretariat@who.int
At this stage we are only posting national lists, rather than regional
or specific hospital lists, but if there is interest in adding these, we
will further develop the website.
Kind regards
Sue Hill
