E-DRUG: WHO list of bioequivalency requirements?

Can anyone help me. I need the WHO list of the pharmaceutical product(oral
dosage forms) that requires Bioequivalency studies. According to one regulatory committee, WHO required a Bioequivalent study for Glucosamine HCl and Chondroitin Sulfate Capsule.
If you have any comment on this please advise.
