We are pleased to announce the 6th Flagship Course on Health System Development for the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Moldova to be held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan from October 26 to November 6, 2009. The course is organized by the Center for Health Policy Analysis and the Republican Center for Health System Development and Information Technology of the Kyrgyz Republic in collaboration with the World Bank Institute, WHO/EURO and IFC.
The Flagship Course will contain the following modules: (i) Health system performance and functions, (ii) Health care financing including revenue collection, pooling, purchasing and benefit package design; and (iii) Private sector development.
The Course will be offered with the collaboration of a group of core trainers listed below as well as invited local experts:

The Course will be held in English with simultaneous translation to Russian.
