This is to congratulate President Bill Clinton, the entire members of
the US Congress and the entire people of the United States of America
for being so compassionate and caring about other people's dilemma. The
American people, through the Congress's approval for the $100m, would
have demonstrated their rare position as vessels in God's hand, the GOD
in whom they TRUST. God bless America, God bless Africa, GOD bless
NIGERIA.
