Colleagues,
AIDSFree has recently put out the Strengthening Linkages between Clinical and Social Services for Children and Adolescents who Have Experienced Sexual Violence: A Companion Guide <http://1.usa.gov/1WDoywG>\. This document serves as a companion guide to the 2012 *Clinical Management of Children and Adolescents Who Have Experienced Sexual Violence: Technical Considerations for PEPFAR Programs <https://aidsfree.usaid.gov/resources/prc-tech-considerations>\*which provides step-by-step guidance on the appropriate clinical/forensic care for children and adolescents who have experienced sexual violence and exploitation. The companion guide provides a basic framework, examples, resources, and contact information for health providers and managers to better understand and facilitate linkages with critical social and community services for comprehensive care of children and adolescents who have experienced sexual violence.
In addition to the Companion Guide, there are also associated job aids <http://1.usa.gov/1WDoDk0> - Illustrative Referral Pathways, Case Management, Referral Checklist, and Framework of Needs. These job aids contain excerpts from the Strengthening Linkages Between Clinical and Social/Community Services for Children and Adolescents who Have Experienced Sexual Violence Companion Guide. They are available in A4 and 8.5 x 11.
Here are the links for the Companion Guide <http://1.usa.gov/1WDoywG> and Job Aid <http://1.usa.gov/1WDoDk0>\.
Thanks and have a great day!
