Thank you for sharing the good news!
However, as I keep asking, how do Community Based Organisations ac-
cess such funds? Where is the linkage to facilitate this transfer-
ence? I am the Patron of a CBO and my greatest concern is that we of-
ten hear of mind-boggling figures granted towards a worthy cause,
however the impact at a GRASS-ROOT level is not felt.
I would appreciate your comments on this, and perhaps a pointer in
the direction you feel I should look.
