Anti-malaria prophylaxis for Southern Africa trip

We'll go to Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa, and then across to Swaziland
in August of this year. We have two children 5 and 22 months old. We
don't want to do the prophylaxis but we want to go to the Hluhluwe
Umfolozi,Itala, Milvane, Matoltja and Blyde River natural Reserves.
Is it risky to go in these low risk zones? What kind of protection we
have to take? What type of repellent can I use for the children? (I'am
a medical doctor)
