Britain to help Kenya trace stolen funds lying in foreign banks

Dear Colleagues
I am pleased with the report that follows. If there is real fol-
low up on this it would be valuable progress.
I am worried though, because it does not seem to be getting much
press in the UK. Surprise, surprise, or is it that I am just not
seeing it?
The responsibility of the international banking sector for the
failed state of development is a big issue, and one that has not
had much attention yet.
