Dr Brundtland speaks at TDR's governing board

Dear colleagues,
Yes, there was an important meeting of TDR in late June 1999, the Joint
Coordinating Board (JCB), which approved TDR's strategic direction and
the programme budget for biennium 2000-2001.
I am pleased to let you know that WHO Director-General Dr Brundtland's
speech to JCB-22 is now available on the web:
