Dear Friends,
We all sympathize with what has happened in Mozambique. It is important
that all those who may want to contribute or advise donors or emergency
relief organizations in form of drugs and other medical supplies con-
sider consulting:

on the actual needs of the displaced people. We must avoid over burden-
ing them with unnecessary and irrelevant drugs. In addition, you should
preferably supply the commodities in the language best understood by
the Mozambique people.
