Associate Director, Shared Services- Nigeria

Position Description:
To support the Director Shared Services to assume main management responsibility for both accounting and finance for the Nigeria Office and ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of Nigeria's USAID bi-lateral program with the objective of providing professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. S/He is expected to assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of project activities.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent and minimum 9 years experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs with increasing responsibility. Fmiliarity with USAID-funded programs and Nigerian non-governmental organization. CPA, ACA, ICAN, MBA or recognized equivalent a plus.

Senior Technical Officer - Drug Use Interventions - Vietnam

To provide global technical and scientific leadership, ensure the quality of intervention and manage technical assistance for prevention, care, and treatment interventions and research for drug use, especially as it relates to prevention of HIV/AIDS in Vietnam and other countries, primarily in the Asia Pacific Region.

Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree or equivalent experience in public health; and at least five years specialized experience in designing and/or providing technical assistance to HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs for injection drug using populations in resource-poor setting; at least two years senior management experience. Experience with U.S. government contractual requirements and experience working in an international NGO/PVO environment desirable.
