Associate Director, Technical (Mozambique):
Position Description:
Responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight to FHI's HIV/AIDS technical team that implements the Antiretroviral Treatment (ART), Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV (PMTCT), Counseling and Testing for HIV (CT), palliative and home-based care (HBC) for People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and Strategic Behavior Communications (SBC) components of the HIV/AIDS Care and Support Program. Leads and coordinates strategy development and implementation of activities to ensure technical soundness and quality of interventions. Mentors and supervises technical staff based in Maputo and in the provinces. Collaborates closely with the Ministry of Health, Key stakeholders, and Implementing Partners to build their technical capacity and ensure coordination and provision of integrated ART, PMTCT, CT and STI services and other appropriate interventions, including other prevention and support services in the community. This position is full-time based in Maputo, Mozambique, with frequent travel to the field.
Minimum Requirements:
MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international development programs; or PhD, MD or similar degree with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international development programs. Overseas field experience required. Languages: English and Portuguese required.

Associate Director Facilities, Administration, Security and Transportation :
Position Description:
The Associate Director, Facilities, Administration, Security and Transportation will provide leadership and management for FHI Nigeria's programs and projects in facilities management, building renovation and rehabilitation, lease management, safety and security, administration, and transport/fleet management. Manage these functions and their associated teams to ensure effectiveness and value for money at the Country Office and build systems and develop capacities to ensure effective operations of these functions in FHI's 11 zonal offices. Provide technical and policy guidance and support to the COP and other CO departments and to the Zonal Offices in the named job areas. The Associate Director is a key management position in FHI Nigeria and is expected to contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of FHI's programs for all funders under the leadership of Director Shared Services (DSS).
Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA in engineering, architecture, business, management or related field, and a minimum of 9 years relevant international experience; or MS/MA in above subjects or related field and a minimum of 7 years relevant international experience.

Associate Director, Procurement/Contracts/Grants:
Position Description:
Provide leadership and management for FHI Nigeria's programs and projects in procurement and purchasing and grants and contracting, including contracts with consortium partners and agreements with funders and sub agreements management with implementing agencies. Manage these functions and their associated teams to ensure effectiveness and value for money at the Country Office and build systems and develop capacities to ensure effective operations of these functions in FHI's 11 zonal offices. Provide technical and policy guidance and support to the COP and other CO departments and to the Zonal Offices in the named job areas. Ensure that all documentation relating to procurement and contracting matters in FHI, with suppliers, implementing partners and funders is complete and compliant. In addition, provide leadership and direction on the decentralization process of procurement and contracting and grants, including training and documentation, for Kano and Lagos offices. The Associate Director is a key management position in FHI Nigeria and is expected to contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of FHI's programs for all funders under the leadership of Director Shared Services.
