Country Director, Mozambique
Provides leadership and management oversight for all FHI's portfolio and activities of the Mozambique country office; oversees operations and, as the primary FHI country representative, ensures strong collaboration between FHI and local Government, donors and sponsors. Represents FHI to external donors/sponsors and leads FHI business and resource development efforts in Mozambique. Also serves as project director or chief of party (COP) on FHI project/s in the country. BS/BA and 9-11 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience; Or MS/MA in public health or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience; or PhD/MD and 5-7 years relevant experience. overseas field experience required. Portuguese language ability required.

Associate Director, Global Operations for ER & RD (Nairobi, Kenya)
Lead and coordinate external relations and resource development efforts for the Africa Regional Office, overseeing business planning and information dissemination of FHI promotional materials for the Africa regional office and assisting selected countries as required, and overseeing the proposal process, assisting with writing/editing and ensuring that responsive, competitive proposals are submitted in response to solicitations and unsolicited opportunities from governments, foundations and corporations for the regional office and countries within the region. BS/BA in public health, journalism, international relations or related field and 7-9 years of relevant experience in proposal development, program design and other related work; or MPH/MSPH/MS/MA and 5-7 years of experience.

Senior Technical Officer, Strategic Information (Cambodia)
The Senior Technical Officer, Strategic Information is responsible for providing technical leadership and innovation in the area of HIV surveillance, special studies, size estimations and evaluations that will guide evidence-based programming and effective responsiveness to the HIV epidemic in Cambodia. Position is based at Phnom Penh. BS/BA in public health or related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience in surveillance, evaluation and research, HIV/AIDS with international development programs. Or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience; Or PhD, MD or similar degree with 3 - 5 years relevant experience. Overseas field experience required.
Fluency in English required; Khmer language ability will be an asset.

Country Director, India
Provides leadership and management oversight for all FHI's portfolio of projects and activities of India country program; oversees operations and, as the primary FHI country representative, ensures strong collaboration between FHI and local Government, donors and sponsors. Represents FHI to external donors/sponsors and leads FHI business and resource development efforts in India. Also serves as project director or chief of party (COP) on designated FHI project/s in India. BS/BA in public health or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience in international development programs. Or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 9 - 11 years relevant experience; or PhD, MD or equivalent degree with 7 - 9 years relevant experience. 5-7 years supervisory experience required. Overseas field experience required.

Regional Specialist, ISDT (Kenya)
In direct collaboration with FHI's Global Shared Services (GSS) initiative, the FHI International Systems Development Team (ISDT) Regional Specialist (Specialist) will provide leadership, guidance and support to FHI's development programs to upgrade global business support operations. This position is part of a focused team responsible for the implementation of unified award management, accounting / finance, time management, human resources and other business management systems for FHI country and regional offices world-wide. The ISDT will perform leadership roles in the assurance of design development of global solutions, and their subsequent implementation. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with at least 5 yrs international business experience. Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting (especially fund accounting or non-profit accounting) finance, human resources, administrative and/or business practices; general principles of project management, information systems and software applications, and change management. Ability to travel internationally for extended periods. * Position is located at Nairobi, Kenya. This is not an expatriate position. No expatriate benefits provided.

Deputy Director, UJANA (Tanzania)
As a key member of the UJANA senior management team, the Deputy Director will be mainly responsible for: Supervises and provides strategic direction and guidance to the Programs Team in the design and day-to-day implementation of project activities; Mentors UJANA project staff to ensure highest levels of performance and coordination; Responsible for liaison with Government of Tanzania (GOT) offices at central and local levels and other stakeholders to ensure local participation and ownership; Identifies youth-relevant policy reform needs and solutions at both central and regional/district levels and advocates with relevant GOT offices/officials; Manages the production of timely and accurate programmatic and technical reports to FHI and USAID; Coordinates with other organizations and donors working in adolescent health areas to improve collaboration, coordination and resourcing; Represents the UJANA project and makes presentations at professional meetings and conferences; Performs other duties as assigned. Medical degree and/or masters or doctoral level degree in public health or related field; At least 10 years of experience in reproductive health programming, including HIV prevention, of which at least three years should be in a senior management position. Familiarity with and commitment to HIV and RH issues among youth. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kiswahili. * This is not an expatriate position. Senior Human Resources Associate (Arlington, VA)
Responsibilities include HR generalist duties for a 120 staff. The primary focus for these duties will be with the functional areas of Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compensation. Qualified applicants will have demonstrated experience and skills in these functional areas and duties include Conducting new hire orientations; Strong resource role for benefit questions and support; Implementing and maintaining the compensation program; Developing employee relations programs, and evaluating and reporting on these programs; Creating and distributing reports from the HRIS; and Engaging in self-directed teamwork based on established workplans. BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting or related field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience; or MS/MA/MBA, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience. PHR preferred. French or Spanish language skills are a plus.
