Dear friends,
I have passed a copy of your query to Dr Roger Bernard, University of
Geneva, Switzerland, who is also the Director of AIDS Feedback and a highly
respected scientist.
He promised me to respond to Dr Omar Khan's query immediately. Dr Bernard
is not a big user of computing (and GIS's), but has produced some fabulous
and most telling epidemiological analysis, with equally fine presentations,
particularly on AIDS. Dr Khan and the readers of Afro-Nets could be
interested in his methods.
