ICASA 2005: Volunteer correspondents needed

Datelinehealth-Africa - is a leading non-profit supplier of Af-
rica-relevant health, disease management and sustainable devel-
opment information to Africa and the rest of the world. To learn

The organization looks to appoint ten (10) Volunteer correspon-
dents to cover the ICASA 2005 conference holding in Abuja, Nige-
ria in December. These are non-remunerative positions.

The volunteer correspondents are expected to file daily reports
of events at the conference including keynote speeches, quotable
quotes, presentations, interviews with notable attendees, human
angle stories, etc.

Qualifying attributes for volunteer correspondents include: a)
Full attendance at conference; b) Good writing skills in Eng-
lish; c) Keen interest in HIV/AIDS and related health and devel-
opment issues. d) Training in journalism is favoured but not
mandatory.
