Internet may aid Africa Colleges (6)

I agree whole-heartedly with the comment from Menghestab Haile.
Furthermore, are the universities which are not under the reins of the
western establishment--i.e. those which have a different voice, such as
in Khartoum University in Khartoum, Sudan--being supported? I doubt
it. The Internet can be a source of control or empowerment. The
advertised initiative appears to lean towards the former goal.
