POSITION: Provincial Health Coordinator
LOCATION: Mozambique
Save The Children, a US and International relief and development
agency, seeks a Provincial Coordinator to ensure the efficient and
timely implementation of Save The Children's package of interventions
under this grant. The project, Health Services Delivery Support Pro-
ject, seeks to improve reproductive health programs and nutrition
practices. This individual will work in collaboration with the Minis-
try of Health at the provincial level: setting strategies, devising
and implementing work plans, ensuring supervision and providing sup-
port to community-based health agents.
Qualifications:
MPH or equivalent; minimum of 7 years experience in managing district
or provincial health programs in developing countries. Excellent
writing and computer skills, management experience, and familiarity
with USAID grant compliance is critical. Fluency in Portuguese is
