Looking for South African contacts (4)

Interesting response and one I can understand. However, my experience
has been a little different. People in crisis, illness and trouble ap-
preciate a wish come true or an adventure. I have worked with people in
the township of Alexandra, one of the most difficult places in South
Africa, and the local community group there regularly saves money so
that some few senior citizens or teenagers can take a trip. It provides
a new horizon, a point of hope and a world experience that can be
brought back to the community and shared. There are many different ways
to help in Africa and we must always be careful to help in the right
ways. But, I would not rule out the idea of providing some outlet for
people with HIV. If there is an inspired idea, make it happen.
