Monitoring and Evaluation Advisors needed for East Africa

Social & Scientific Systems, Inc., is recruiting candidates with monitoring and evaluation experience in USAID-funded programs especially those focused on HIV/AIDS programs. Long-term field assignments of 3-5 years in an East African country are anticipated to start within 2 months. We are also interested in candidates for short-term (4 weeks to 3 months) and ongoing (1-2 years) for similar work. Qualifications include MPH plus 5-8 years relevant field experience in M&E of AID-funded programs and with HIV/AIDS experience in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda or Rwanda. A doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, etc) is highly desirable. Both native French and English speakers are needed.
