Monitoring and Evaluation Advisors needed for West Africa

Social and Scientific Systems, Inc. is recruiting candidates
with health-program monitoring and evaluation experience, espe-
cially in HIV/AIDS programs. Long-term field assignments of 1
year or more in a West African country are anticipated to start
within 3-6 months. We are also interested in candidates for
short-term work (4 weeks to 3 months). Qualifications include
MPH, MHS, or related degree plus 5-8 years relevant field pro-
gram experience in M&E of public health programs. Overseas work
experience (1 year or more) is desired. A doctoral degree (PhD,
DrPH, ScD, etc) is highly desirable. Experience with donors, es-
pecially USAID and CDC, are preferred. Fluency in English with
excellent French language (oral and written) is preferred.
