I do agree with Hamisi over the malaria control in Africa. One
think Africans must learn to do, is to make decisions and imple-
ment them. Let African governments make a decision on control
strategy and implement it instead of waiting for someone outside
to do it for us. Nobody will put a roof over your head if you
are not willing to do so.
