Dear Dr. Loewenson,
The Aga Khan Foundation intends to compile the proceedings of the
policy seminar in an AKF Technical Report on "The Role of NGOs in
Health Sector Reform in East Africa." The expected publication date
is late 1998, and the report with consist of key case studies from
the Dar-es-Salaam seminar, together with case studies from a similar
seminar last year in Washington DC. I suggest that you contact the
Aga Khan Foundation office in Dar-es-Salaam to ask how to obtain a
copy of the report, when it comes out. Their e-mail address is:
