Paper on WTO and SADC requested
-------------------------------
Source: EQUINET <equinet-l@egroups.com>

EQUINET is looking for a person who can prepare a paper for use by
policy fora in the SADC region on the public health implications of
the SEATTLE World Trade Organisation (WTO) round. The paper should
raise general issues, then focus as a case study on pharmaceuticals.
The paper should analyse the South African response on this aspect
for the lessons it holds for other SADC countries. The paper would
desirably present the options that SADC countries have in relation to
the WTO rules in this area.

EQUINET will pay US$ 3,000 for the paper. The time frame is immediate
and will be negotiated with the applicant in terms of delivery date.

Please could members make this call more widely available and ask
those interested to contact the co-ordinator:
