Questionnaire on child health and nutrition research

As part of a global assessment on child health and nutrition re-
search, the Working Group on Woman and Child Health has designed a
survey instrument (a 17 item questionnaire) to submit to different
institutions and experts in the field.
Could you please spread the information that this questionnaire can
be downloaded in PDF format from the ISPED website:
