Recruiting doctors from poor countries... (10)
----------------------------------------------

I have had the opportunity to travel outside my country and hold
the view that this event is a natural consequence resulting from
the general level of poverty and apparent "better" pay in the de-
veloped world. There is every chance that the outflow is self
limiting and at some stage the reward will not be as beneficial
as expected by to those who have left.

Some who will return to Africa will find themselves some opportu-
nity to be change agents. The African population is becoming a
more informed mass craving for it especially now realising that
our poverty is, to a great extent, self inflicted politically and
otherwise.

As the number of those leaving increases, the greater the chance
that we will have some return and be forced to "make their homes"
a better place to live in.

When you are a foreigner, you will be reminded of it even if it
is at the time of your funeral. Ancestry is always sought at some
stage of life. Xenophobic nature of many people can't allow one
peace for long.

Nature is so effective in maintaining equilibrium. Our anxiety
will not have to last long.
