Have you tried Reuben Granich's book, "HIV Health and Your Community:
A Guide for Action"? It was designed, I guess, for community members,
but I think it would be an excellent place to start training health
care providers. If you're interested, you can get a copy through the
Hesperian Foundation, or contact
