RFI: Human Rights Education in the Curricula

Hello Everyone!
I was wondering.... does anybody know of, or have any contact with,
anyone involved with Human Rights Education?
There are a group of medical student doctors whom I am working with
that would like to work toward implementing a human rights education
curricula for medical schools in the Central African region.
If you know of anybody in particular to whom we should be talking, or
if there is some organisation that we should get in contact with,
then we would sincerely appreciate the effort!
