RFI: Indigenous Knowledge in the Response to HIV/AIDS

Please, could anyone help me with materials on the use of in-
digenous knowledge in the response to HIV/AIDS focusing on non-
medicinal aspects of indigenous knowledge. I am looking at how
it has been used in the prevention, care and support of PLWA and
orphans and other areas.

I suggest you get in touch with ZINATHA in Zimbabwe.
They may have a few write-ups.

Hillary,

thanks for the suggestion. I will try and get hold of them. My
concern though is that they will throw me to the medicinal com-
ponents of Indigenous Knowledge opposed to the non-medicinal
components that I want to find out.

All the same, thanks for the help.
