RFI: Infusion and Syringe Pump Medical Device Access (2)
--------------------------------------------------------

Dear Justin,

Precisely in August 2004, I was at the Santa Clara University to
make a presentation on appropriate medical technologies with
specific reference to appropriate and a simple auto transfusion
low cost pump filtering device for developing countries. Par-
ticipants were drawn from various countries including the USA.
At the close of the program tagged 'Global Social Benefit Incu-
bator program', various networking efforts were made and one of
the participants from the USA tried to establish a link between
my organisation EATSET see http://www.eatset.com and your or-
ganisation. I was surprised that his efforts to get us to work
together did not quite succeed.

I was glad to read of your interest in this area through AFRO-
NETS. If you are willing to work with me, I will reciprocate and
try to research on your requirements. Presently, I work on a
simple technology for autologous blood transfusion in victims of
internal bleeding such as in ectopic pregnancy, trauma and road
traffic accidents.

Looking forward to establishing a working relationship in the
developmental process.
