RFI: Medical Devices and Equipment

Does anybody can give me or help me to find some data about the in-
stalled numbers of high-tech medical devices and equipment in the de-
veloped and developing countries, such as MRI, CT, PET, ECT, medical
linear accelerator and X-knife et al.? Please state the year and the
populations of the given country. Thanks in advance!
