RFI: Malaria endemicity in African countries

Dear list members,
This may not be a very wise question BUT if one were to classify the
following countries on a rough and limited malaria endemicity scale,
for example high, moderate and low transmission, what would it be
for:-
(1) Kenya
(2) Tanzania
(3) Gambia
(4) Malawi
(5) Zambia
(6) Ghana
(7) Zimbabwe
(8) South Africa
(9) Uganda
(10) Democratic Republic of Congo
(11) Cote d'Ivoire
